Weekly Pay:

Payroll can be directly deposited into your bank or credit union, 'loaded' to your comdata card, or mailed to your home We can now e-mail your direct deposit pay stub and payroll recap to you.

Your payroll at Ozark can be delivered by – direct deposit, check or having your payroll loaded to your COMDATA card. Pay statements are emailed to you, prior to your actual payday, to make it simple to review your next paycheck.

Effective January 1, 2019, Ozark Motor Lines is pleased to announce new changes to company pay and benefits packages.

1.) Long Haul and Regional driver pay will increase by $0.02 cents per mile for all dispatched miles.

2.) In addition, the IRS has increased the maximum allowable daily per diem rate from $63 to $66. Ozark will increase the per diem mileage rate to $0.16 for all dispatched miles.

3.) Ozark will increase discretionary match of employee 401(k). The new rate will be $0.50 per dollar with a maximum match of $2,000 per year.

Additionally, Ozark is excited to announce, for the second year in a row, that there will be no increase in employee premiums for medical insurance.


Ozark now accepts drivers with less than 3 months experience, or graduates from truck driving schools. These ‘New Entrant’ drivers must enter a program to evaluate their skills to safely operate a tractor trailer, with the motoring public.

This program includes a combination of training methods consisting of some lectures, driving course and computer training modules.
