Founded in 1980 by Dave Britton, Britton Transport started as a small truck broker service out of Grand Forks, ND that quickly opened additional facilities in Sioux Falls, ND and Des Moines, IA to support their growing midwest and eventual national expansion. H.O. Wolding dates back to 1935 when it was founded in Wisconsin by Herbert Wolding. The company remained family owned and operated as it grew into one of the largest transport companies in the upper Midwest. The shared values of these companies live on today in Bison USA.
